Cooling of Policy
Be Rich Multitrade Solutions India Private Limited, provides its Direct Seller (Hereinafter referred as Direct Seller),a cooling off period of 7 days’ from the date of execution of the Direct Seller agreement with it whereby the intending Direct Seller may rethink whether he wants to continue with its Direct Selling business which he/she has voluntarily offered to join. If Direct Seller wishes to rescind the said Direct Seller Agreement, he/she can do so without attracting any claim or legal action whatsoever on and by either party to the contract agreement.
Direct Seller may cancel his/her participation and receive a refund for goods or services purchased, after returning back the products/service in saleable conditions to Be Rich India. Direct Seller shall be eligible for refund for goods or services purchased as per Be Rich India Refund/buyback/Exchange Policies, issued in this behalf and which are available on Website.
